These are elastic loops, in white, with silver balls to hold a hole-punched tag firmly in place. The full length of elastic is just over 2 inches, with a diameter of 0.70 inches. They will perfectly fit 24/410 bottle necks as well as those a bit smaller (20/410) to hold a hole-punched tag. I recommend tags that have 1/8th inch holes. 3/16" inch are also compatible, but may be a little loose.
