Shipping policy

Please allow between 10-15 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at info@calmingbottles.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

All packages include delivery confirmation. If a package is marked as delivered and has not been received, a theft investigation will be opened with the USPS and possibly local law enforcement to protect both The Calm Mom and purchasers.
